A ppointments The practice operates a comprehensive, urgent on the day appointments, telephone appointments . We also ensure that patients who are unable to get an appointment on the day to see a GP the GP will call you this is referred to as a Triage system.
Cancelling your AppointmentIf you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
Out of Hours If you require an emergency call outside the surgery opening times, please telephone either Deerness Park or Bunny Hill Primary Care Centre, where you will be given a pre-recorded message on how to contact the doctor on call.
