Dr Emad Samy has a special interest within diabetes, he is currently studying to enable him to instigate insulin, he also runs one of our 2 dedicated diabetic clinics. Dr Samy has an interest with Drug & Alcohol and carries out surgeries with local drug and alcohol agencies. Dr Samy is qualified to carry out minor surgical operations, whilst also being a Police Surgeon.

Dr Lucas is our training GP she is also our clinical lead for our palliative care patients. Dr Lucas carries out minor operations as well as insertion and removal of long term contraceptive devices. Dr Lucas is currently and Executive member of Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group (SCCG) and is their Urgent Care Lead.
Jeannie is our Advanced Paramedic, she works closely with the GPs and assess patients for Home visits as well as providing minor illness surgeries.
